What will make the item's warranty become invalid?

• We do not offer warranty or support for products not bought from ugar-hk.com or ugarhk.com official website.

• User upgrades the firmware of a device, or open the body in an attempt to fix issues by his/her own without prior contact with U-GAR International Ltd. customer service, or uses the device in a way that is not considered as normal condition (Condition such as accidental breakage, water leakage, disassembly, wear or tear)
