We offer return or refund ONLY due to our product defects, so please make sure you order the right product before you precede the payment.
What’s the process to Return for a Refund or Replacement?
Customer should report the product defect case to UGAR within 7 days after the unit was received. After you report the problem to UGAR customer service and your return & refund request has been justified, you should send out the package in 7 days after our confirmation, otherwise, your return & refund request will be cancelled.
Customers need to pay postage fee first to send the unit back according to UGAR requested. We offer a maximum payout of US$20 for the freight compensation. We will refund the cost of your original payment or exchanging other models after we receive the package and complete the condition check including accessories.
Note:
In most cases, items are defective due to misuse or the lack of installation knowledge. We recommend our customers to look for professional assistance before installation. We will not be responsible for any fault due to improper use or installation. If there is any question during the installation or use, please feel free to contact us and send us some pictures or videos about the problem can shorten the time in resolving the problem.
