Items will be shipped out within 2-5 business days after you have checked out. We ship to WORLDWIDE. We ship our products from either Australia, Hong Kong or China warehouse by DHL or Yun Express. Generally, our courier company will take about 7 to 12 business days for shipment. In some rare cases, delivery time might be delayed due to local customs clearance. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable address, so please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable when you enter it into our site. U-GAR International Ltd. will not bear any responsibility for any shipment delay due to unexpected factors like courier closure, bad weather or transportation issues.
Remote Area Fee
We offer free delivery to WORLDWIDE only but for remote area, an additional extended area fee or overwater charges will not be included and our customer service will contact you regarding this additional charge before we ship. If customer does not accept such additional charge, we can cancel such order and arrange refund.
Lost or Damaged Items in Transit
All the items are carefully checked before they are sent out, therefore, if you receive a broken item, please keep all the packaging materials, take photos and send the photos to us immediately so we can claim the compensation against our courier company. We only accept those cases that are reported within 7 days from purchase. Reimbursement of claims will be the value that the courier compensates towards each individual case. The investigation will usually take 30 days.
Customs may charge taxes for importing goods such as import duty, value added tax, purchase tax, custom clearance fees, etc. Buyers as importers are responsible for paying such costs. Buyers cannot request to cancel the payments or request for refund for such situations. Buyers are advised to check with local tax authorities for more information.
Terms of Acceptance
U-GAR International Ltd. is not responsible for any loss or damage of uninsured packages, import taxes, custom fees, or custom delays. If the buyer refuses to pay the above fees, the parcel will be returned and will not be resent again until the buyer has agreed to settle the above fees. Buyer will be responsible for the cost for re-sending the parcel. U-GAR International Ltd. reserve the right to cancel the transaction at any time for any reason.
